The system is matched with friend and NTSC signals, and the DVD player can play back DVD, CD, CD R/RW, and MP3 formatted discs. Plus, the silver finish will look smart with your present home entertainment devices. The DVD player’s features are subtitles, many looking at angles, an onscreen display, zoom, and parental lock. Use the full function remote control to take benefit of all of these features. Audio outputs include Dolby Digital and coaxial digital out, and video outputs include part video out for progressive scan, composite video, and S video outputs. I bought this for my dad, because he loves tv. He never could get the crappy thing to work. What a waste and embarrassing gift!
